Backed up sink. Remove P-trap and cable drain line. Cleared stoppage and run water to test.
Saw cut concrete. Install new copper main from meter to service. Relocate service 3', new ball valve and hose bib. Homeowner requested the trench is not filled yet. No removal of concrete included no concrete patched
Broken clay main line outside out gate in alley. Hydrojet line to remove all roots. Jackhammer concrete patch and dig down to clay pipe. Remove old test wye in ground. Shoot appropriately 10' 6'' linear. From hole outside gate to city saddle in middle of alley. Once linear dried camera after. Installed new cleanout and backed filled hole. Set concrete sewer box in place and patched concrete.
Backed up mainline cleared from ground level clean out in alley.
Backed up due to large root ball. Video taken of main line.
Water heater not producing hot water. Replaced water heater.
Install new 3/4" Type - L, copper water main starting from water meter up to water service connection at building 128. Installed new shut off, loose key hose bib, and shut off valve to sprinklers. Continue 3/4" copper water main around building connecting to water main at backside of fense. 78' total copper piping. Back fill and compact soil.
Adjust and fix earthquake strapping on both water heaters and insert screws on exhaust vent in both water heaters
Replace approximately 20' of rotted water line with pex.
Clear mainline clogged through cleanout in front yard in crawl space access hole
Check for mainline clog, no clog in sewer line
Remove and clear clog in p-trap. Removed rice and 5 spoons. Reinstall P-Trap and drain assembly.
